MR. MILEY

William (Bill) Miley, 86, of Augusta, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at the Care Center at Kenton Pointe. He leaves behind his loving partner, Patty Ellis.

 

Bill was born in Harrodsburg, Kentucky on September 11, 1936 to his parents, the late Aubrey C. and Mattie Ruth (nee Terry) Miley. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and worked later as a self-employed truck mechanic and carpenter.

 

He leaves behind two daughters, Carla Bledsoe (Mark) and Tammi Smith (Loy); his sister, Nancye Southard; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several special nieces, nephews, and friends.

 

He was preceded in death by his brother, James Allen Miley; two sisters, Connie Joshi and Doris Houp; and one grandchild.

 

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

 

Memorials are suggested to the charity of one’s choice.
