MRS. SCHULTZ

Ann (neé Habermehl) Schultz, 75, of Augusta, Kentucky, passed away on December 22, 2023 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Edgewood.

 

She was born in Augusta on February 8, 1948 to her parents, the late Louis F. and Emma Mae (neé McClanahan) Habermehl. Prior to retirement, she was a licensed practical nurse, having worked for St. Elizabeth Healthcare. She was a member of St. Augustine Church.

 

Survivors include her son, Mark Russell “Rusty” Schultz (Sarah); five sisters, Donna Six, Melva Winchester, Mary Ziegler (Jerry), Markie Bieland (Gary), and Christy Jones (David); four grandchildren, Kaleb Schultz, Ryen Pope, Renee Schultz, and Casey Schultz. She also leaves behind her ex-husband, Don Schultz; her sister-in-law, Mary Ann Habermehl; her aunt, Ruth Laycock, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Louis F. Habermehl, Jr. and her brother-in-law, Bill Six.

 

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at the Johnsville Cemetery in Johnsville, Kentucky by Rev. Britton Hennessey.

 

Memorials may be offered to St. Augustine Church, 215 E 4th Street, Augusta, Kentucky 41002 or in the form of Mass offerings.
