Olive Maud Bradford Wallace, 86, of Madeira, Ohio, went home to be with her family on Saturday, October 12, 2019. Born September 15, 1933 to the late George and Mattie (Mains) Bradford, Olive grew up on the family farm in Bracken County, Kentucky.
Ollie graduated from Miller Business College, going on to work many years at Ellis and Watts (DCA) of Cincinnati, Ohio, where she met the love of her life, James Wallace. James (Jim) established a heavenly home for himself and Ollie on February 4, 2000.
Ollie’s passion for many years included membership in the National M.I. Hummel Club, as well as six local chapters. Also inducted as a Kentucky Colonel, Ollie proudly represented her beloved home state.
Surviving Ollie are her brother, Thomas (Janet) Bradford; niece, Deborah Ann Bradford (Todd) Vogt; nephew, Terry (Peggy) Bradford; great-nephew, Kevin (Katie) Fletcher; and great-great-nephew, Lincoln Fletcher, whom she cherished.
Ollie also leaves behind many dear cousins, friends, and neighbors who will sorely miss her. Ollie will always be remembered for her generosity and kindness. She was a friend to all she met.
Services will be held at Metcalfe-Hennessey Funeral Home in Augusta, Kentucky on Friday, October 18, 2019 at 1:00 PM.
Interment will follow in the Lenoxburg Cemetery, Foster, Kentucky.
Visitation will also be on Friday at the funeral home from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
