MRS. MOLONEY

Mrs. Emma A. Moloney, 91, of Bracken County, died Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at the Baptist Village Care Center in Erlanger, Kentucky.

Mrs. Moloney was born March 12, 1920 in Cambridge City, Indiana to her parents, the late John and Ida Kunkel Moster. Her husband, George Robert Moloney, died June 20, 1990.

She leaves behind four brothers, Ben (Mary) Moster, Fr. Humbert Moster, O.F.M., Leo (Joann) Moster, and Anthony (Patricia) Moster; two sisters, Beata (Bea) Moloney and Catherine (Katie) Frey. She also leaves behind two sisters-in-law, Marge Moster and Kathy Moster; 44 nieces and nephews, and numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by one son, Charles R. (Bobby) Moloney who died August 21, 1994; two brothers, Albert Moster and Walter Moster; and one sister, Anna Workman.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, December 17, 2011, at St. Augustine Church in Augusta, KY. Interment will follow in the St. Augustine Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 8:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. on Saturday at Metcalfe-Hennessey Funeral Home in Augusta.

MR. WARD

Mr. Edward W. Ward, 78, of Newport, KY died December 7, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Healthcare South in Edgewood, KY. He was a retired fence erector for the Security Fence Company in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Mr. Ward was born October 17, 1933 in Bracken County, Kentucky to his parents, the late Hurley and Elizabeth Ward. He was preceded in death by one sister, Betty Cramer.

He is survived by his wife Mary Ward and one sister, Janice (Gaye) Housden of Tampa, Florida. He also leaves behind one stepson, Robert Turner of Melborne, Kentucky; and three step-daughters, Brenda Campbell of Hamilton, Ohio, Vickie Haddix of Alexandria, Kentucky, and Tracey Dent of Highland Heights, Kentucky. Also surviving are fourteen step-grandchildren, seven step-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be at 12:00 Noon on Monday, December 12, 2011, at the Metcalfe-Hennessey Funeral Home, Augusta, KY with Bro. Jackie McElfresh presiding. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to Noon on Monday at the funeral home.
